My own two children have gained a strong foundation in chemistry and physical science thanks to your thorough instruction. Marilyn Stratford – Marilyn’s work spanning over 30 years has had tremendous impact on the lives of generations of student and teachers in Petaluma City Schools. From her early days as a junior high teacher at Kenilworth Junior High School and then in the English department at Casa Grande High School, to her work as Principal at Sonoma Mountain High and later Casa Grande High, Marilyn helped many, many students achieve success in their academic and personal lives. In her current work as Director of Student Services for Petaluma City School, Marilyn has been a tremendous support to students, teacher and administrator colleagues. Marilyn’s wonderful sense of humor, keen intelligence, and ability to make the mundane fun are lasting gifts to the Petaluma City Schools District. Marilyn will be greatly missed. – Susan Rodkin
Sue Olds – Sue has been a tremendous colleague to teachers and administrators in Petaluma City Schools for the past eight years. Sue has worked hard and found answers and solutions that have allowed administrators and teachers in Petaluma City Schools to be successful in helping students learn and achieve. Sue’s ability to organize and facilitate meetings and conversations that are focused on outcomes that benefit student learning has been a wonderful asset to PCS. One phone call to Sue will always garner the information or action being requested and she does all of this in such a capable and poised manner. Sue has been a great role model as an educator who is committed to the teaching profession. She will be truly missed. - Susan Rodkin
