Dr. Paul Porter has been a school counselor, elementary and secondary school principal, director of special education, university professor, as well as a school superintendent for 17 years. He has educated hundreds of school leaders many of whom now serve as administrators in schools throughout northern California and was one of the founding directors of the CANDEL joint doctoral program. Dr. Porter is known widely for his work with team building, leadership, coaching, organizational development, conflict resolution, appreciative inquiry and facilitation. He is a certified Gallup Coach and has done pioneering work in the field of positive intent.

6:30-7:30pm – Moderated discussions following an engaging and interactive talk accompanied by relevant TED videos
7:30-8:00pm – Post-event mingling and continued discussion!
