HONOR A TEACHER - Past

Of all the expressions of appreciation and thanks
that teachers get, the most important comes from
students and parents. That is the reason that
we are asking you to join us in celebrating
National Teachers Week, May 11 through May
15,(as we recognize outstanding educators
past or present. Honor a favorite teacher you always
remember or someone that makes a difference in your
child's life today. A list of those honored will be
published in the Petaluma Argus-Courier at the end
of May, and posted with your comments on this site.

INVEST IN EDUCATION
100% of every dollar
donated to Invest in Education goes directly to fund
a Classroom or School Grant available to all
Petaluma area schools. There are three levels of
giving for private and corporate donations.
SCHOLARSHIPS AND ENDOWMENTS
Individuals and
businesses fund scholarships through PEF. We
currently manage 50 Scholarship Programs, with
annual rewards exceeding $200,000.
25th ANNIVERSARY GIFTS
Undesignated donations of
any amount are gratefully accepted throughout the
year in celebration of PEF’s 25th Anniversary.
DONOR PROGRAM
Major donors work with the Foundation
to establish unique, high-profile programs that both
benefit the schools and support the corporate goals

ALPHABET SOUP
Alphabet Soup Benefit Thrift Store in
downtown Petaluma needs donations and volunteers.
Proceeds benefit both Petaluma Educational
Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Petaluma.
THE BASH
Celebrate PEF’s 25th Anniversary on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Petaluma’s historic Sunset Line and Twine, an exclusive opportunity to "mill around” this distinctive Petaluma landmark before its conversion from Silk Mill to luxurious flats and lofts. Twine Flies … PEF’s premier fundraiser, will feature Twinetini Bars, Live and Silent Auctions, Gourmet Dinner and It’s-About-Twine Dancing!
